Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. To do so, you must submit a return notification through your online account. Some items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products with broken seals, customized items, or certain sealed media. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. If items are damaged or lost during return, you are responsible.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty. However, if you exchange an item, SMARTHAPPYS  covers the shipping of the replacement. Refunds are processed within 30 days after the returned item is received or after you notify them of cancellation. The full product price is refunded, but return shipping costs are not, unless it's a replacement.

If you don’t collect your package within 14 days, it will be returned to SMARTHAPPYS. In this case, you’ll be charged a 300 SEK fee for return shipping and handling.
