Shipping policy

SMARTHAPPYS ships orders within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days, depending on the courier (Postnord, UPS, DHL, GLS, or TNT). Beds require a longer delivery time of 4–6 weeks. All shipments are insured, and shipping costs are shown at checkout after entering your address. If a package is damaged during delivery, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt.
